I require reference photos.

Unless you request for a full, custom illustration, all character commissions are stylized and come with simple backgrounds. I won't accept requests that include the following: nsfw, gore, mecha, complex armor, furry / anthro.

You can add characters for an additional 50% of the base price, with a max of 3 characters total.

Submission for a commission request does not guarantee that an order has been placed. I have the right to decline any requests. I will send you a confirmation e-mail if I'm able to fulfill your request.

All commissions are for personal use only. If you're interested in an illustration for commercial work, please send me an e-mail.

All sales are finalized.

Payment will be settled upfront via PayPal. Do not pay me until I've sent you an invoice.

I provide three rounds total: Sketch, Base Color, Final. Revisions can only occur during the first two rounds.

All communication will be done via e-mail, including the final commission delivery.

Commissions are sent digitally. I do not print commissions. Your final file will be an 8"x10" (2400x3000 pixels) PNG at 300dpi, RGB, unless otherwise requested.

I have the right to decline commissions. A request for commission does not mean an order has been confirmed.

All character commissions are created in the artist's style. I will not draw the following: nsfw, gore, mecha, complex armor, furry / anthro.

All character commissions come with simple backgrounds. I will not draw a background unless you commission me for a full, custom illustration.

If you request for a full, custom illustration, I require an additional contract signed; my base rate is $25/hour.

I require reference photos in order to move forward.

Payment will only be accepted via PayPal, with currency of USD.

Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.

Prices listed are base price quotes. Prices may change due to the complexity of the design or request to add rounds of revisions. Some examples of complexity depend on detail of accessories, clothing, unique features, pose, perspective, lighting, or otherwise.

Please don’t send me payment until I’ve sent you a confirmation e-mail and an invoice.

I have the right to cancel a commission with a full refund at any time for any reason.

If you wish to cancel the order before I’ve begun the Initial Sketch, a full refund will be granted.

All sales are otherwise final, and no refunds will be granted.

All communication will be done via my email.

Unless otherwise discussed, you will receive watermarked progress updates at the following stages: Sketch and Base Color. You may request revisions during these stages.

Once fully rendered, revisions are not allowed.

If additional major changes are requested after a round has been approved or the commission has been finalized, a change fee will be added. The change fee will be based on the requested revision and based on an hourly rate of $25/hour.

A commissioned piece can take anywhere between 1 week to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the project and other factors such as health and work. I cannot guarantee that I will meet your requested deadline.

If anything comes up to delay the estimated delivery, I will notify you asap.

Once the piece is finished, you'll receive an 8"x10" high-resolution image in 300dpi, RGB, PNG, unless otherwise requested. All delivery files will include my signature.

I, the artist, retain the copyright and ownership to all commissioned work and their preliminary sketches. This includes posting on social media or other websites, portfolio displays, usage for promotions and/or publications, selling prints and/or merchandise, and modifying the images as such.

Upon full payment to the artist and the receipt of the commission, you, the commissioner, are granted limited use of the commission for personal use only.

You may upload the commissioned artwork to any website or social channel for personal use; may use the artwork as a profile photo or similar; and you retain the rights to the IP (intellectual property).

You cannot distribute; make profit from the piece whether by reselling, redistributing, making prints or otherwise; use for commercial purposes such as marketing or advertisements; modify or alter without artist consent including the removal of the artist’s signature; or claim the artwork as your own.

Proper credit is highly appreciated.
